The property is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. Active homeowner volunteers work with the Association Board to keep the property in excellent condition. Deer can be seen almost daily as they travel the grounds. 

Pool 

Residents enjoy the heated pool, with adjacent restrooms and comfortable lounge chairs. The pool overlooks Lake Michigan and adjoins the picnic deck.

Picnic Deck 

Tables with umbrellas and lounge seats provide ample space for picnicking and enjoying the view of boaters or sunsets on Lake Michigan.

Forest side units have attached garages and dune units have optional freestanding garages.  Ample visitor parking is provided with reserved spots for residents. Bicycle racks provide convenient storage near the entrance and a basketball hoop is located near the garages.

Security

Warwick Shores is protected through an entrance gate, that was newly installed in 2022, that requires an access code to operate. Each unit owner has his/her own remote access code and RFid sticker for their car.  The property is well lit near the homes and in the common areas with LED downward facing lights.

Promenade and Vista Beach

Enjoy sunset views and a walk along the promenade. Or take a break and sunbathe on the vista beach.

New Buffalo Public Beach   

The public beach and the shops and restaurants of downtown New Buffalo are a short bicycle ride from Warwick Shores.
